A native of Halifax, Pam embarked on her insurance career in Toronto immediately after graduating from University.  Her first position was that of a Representative with UNUM-Provident, the world's leading Long Term Disability insurer.

In 1995 Pam was recruited by Maritime Medical Care Inc, and enjoyed a successful career with this firm until joining the Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc in early 2000. At Marsh, Pam was promoted to  Assistant Vice President 5-months after joining the business development team.

In late 2004, Altitude Employee Benefits Solutions was enacted.

Pam is a specialist in Employee Benefits including Health & Dental, Disability programs, International and Special Risk Coverages.
